For example, if customers demand separate veg and non-veg buffets, that practice is immediately followed. A general tendency is practiced at the hotel – the food is not kept in the open for more than 4 hours. Strict rules are followed viz. a food served at 7 a.m. must be consumed before 9 a.m. to reduce the chances of food poisoning. The food is refreshed every 2 hours and served fresh.

“Everyday, we walk in and out of the hotel and our hands somehow tend to get dirty. Hence, regular Hygiene and Sanitization is practiced inside the kitchen. There is a Buzzer system at the hotel, wherein an alarm rings every hour to remind the kitchen staff to wash and sanitize their hands. So, whenever this buzzer rings, we make sure to follow the rules.”– says Executive Chef Ashutosh.
