6.Schedule 4 From FSSR Schedule 4 observes audit inspection of all the food products in the firm. All the standards on maintenance of a good audit report shall be covered under Schedule 4.
7. Catering best kitchen practices- It is necessary to follow the best kitchen practices to ensure food safety and hygiene levels. FoSTaC enables you to learn these and follow religiously.
